VENDIMIA NOCTURNA

Pago de Tharsys stands out for its innovative adaptation of the Albariño variety and its Night Harvest. This practice has become an original and fun activity that hundreds of wine lovers share year after year at the beginning of September. As if it were a path of fireflies, participants with flashlights and scissors, enter the plots of payment to live a unique experience in the first person.

Pago de Tharsys has been performing this proven viticulture and precision oenology technique since 2002. The grape harvest during the night when the temperature is lower, around 12ºC-13ºC, allows them to oxidize and maintain them intact all its organoleptic potential. The result of this harvest at low temperature, are more complex, fruity, elegant and longer-lived wines in the bottle.
