Orange liqueur form artisanal cold maceration of the skin of organic Valencian oranges selected at their optimum state of maturity and a touch of organic ginger.
“Ríe” means “To laugh”: Express joy, pleasure or happiness through certain movements of the mouth, eyes and other parts of the face and body, accompanied by the emission of explosive and inarticulate sounds that are contagious and very beneficial for human health.
Grape varieties: Chardonnay and Macabeo
Alcohol content: 20% Vol.
Artisanal distillation in our copper still of Chardonnay and Macabeo grape pomace after they have fermented together with the must. Subsequently, the spirit obtained is macerated with freshly harvested organically grown Valencian orange peel, Valencian lemon peel and organic ginger. All ingredients are peeled by hand.
Clean, opaque, yellow colour with orange reflections. It gives off intense notes of citrus fruit, with fresh orange being the protagonist. Subtle notes of ginger and spices. On the palate it is smooth, sweet, unctuous,
with an intense orange flavour, very persistent and long on the palate. One sipquickly invites the next.
Take it in a glass or cup with a wide base and a slightly narrower mouth between 2ºC and 5ºC. It needs no accompaniment and is a fantastic ending
after a festive meal with friends. It will also be an ideal ingredient for cocktails where you want to accentuate the citrus, refreshing and Mediterraneaninspired notes. Extraordinary combined with one of
