Predominantly calcareous soil with deep layers of clay, producing small, highly aromatic grapes with naturally high acidity\u2014ideal for crafting elegant, high-quality wines.<\/p>\n

Vintage 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The 2022 vintage was marked by a cold, dry winter, a rainy spring that replenished water reserves, and a very hot summer that reduced yields. These conditions resulted in grapes of excellent quality and great aromatic intensity.<\/p>\n

\n

Winemaking<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Produced following the traditional method, with manual harvesting and a second fermentation in the bottle. The cava undergoes a minimum aging of 18 months in underground cellars before disgorgement. The dosage is 3 g\/L, and the expedition liqueur comes from a family solera with wines over 26 years old, adding elegance and character.<\/p>\n

Tasting Notes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Appearance:<\/strong> Pale lemon yellow color, with a fine and consistent stream of bubbles forming a delicate and persistent crown.<\/p>\n

Nose:<\/strong> Intense aromas of citrus and yellow fruit such as grapefruit and apple, with notes of white flowers and fresh hints of moss and hay.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong> Fresh and balanced on entry, with a fine and creamy mousse resulting from aging on the lees. A sensation of purity and freshness, with elegant notes of butter and yeast, and a dry, persistent finish.<\/p>\n
