The result is a complex, juicy, and enveloping wine, with well-integrated oak and a pronounced freshness and varietal expression.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>Tasting Notes<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Appearance:<\/strong> Bright straw yellow, with green highlights and a clean, unctuous appearance.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Nose:<\/strong> Intense and expressive, with aromas of ripe stone fruit, fresh herbs, and a subtle Mediterranean character. The oak is perfectly integrated.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>On the palate:<\/strong> Ample, juicy, and silky, with good freshness, tension, and persistence. Ripe fruit, herbal notes, and a pleasant mineral sensation stand out.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>Serving and Pairing<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Serving:<\/strong> Serve between 9 \u00b0C and 11 \u00b0C, preferably in a wide-bowled glass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pairing:<\/strong> Ideal with baked or grilled fish, shellfish, rice dishes, white meats, mushrooms, and roasted vegetables.
