The uniqueness of our limestone soil and microclimate gives our wines distinctive characteristics compared to those produced in surrounding areas. Under the Tharsys PDO, we craft white, red, and sweet wines where floral and mineral notes are their hallmark. Organic viticulture is an exclusive requirement within this Designation of Origin.
