Organic Bobal vineyard and high-altitude Mediterranean climate
The Bobal vineyards are located over 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland of pines, holm oaks, and rosemary. The Mediterranean climate, with strong temperature variation between day and night, allows slow ripening that preserves acidity. The clay soil contributes to the freshness and structure that characterize this native variety from Utiel-Requena. These natural conditions give the wine its authentic character, marked by the balance between rusticity and finesse.
Winemaking and barrel aging
The wine is crafted using traditional methods, with full control over every stage from harvest to bottling. It is aged for 5 months in French and American oak barrels from different coopers, which adds spicy notes, hints of vanilla, and a silky texture, without losing the vibrant fruit of the Bobal. Its short aging makes it an excellent choice both for everyday enjoyment and special occasions.
