Description

PAGO DE THARSYS | MILLÉSIME ROSÉ BRUT RESERVA 2023

The Vineyard

Garnacha from the Albar plot, with predominantly calcareous soil composed of porous “tufa” rock that retains moisture. Organically farmed with respect for the environment and biodiversity.

Vintage 2023

A mild and dry winter, a warm spring with late rains that balanced water reserves, and a very hot summer that reduced yields but produced grapes of excellent quality.

Winemaking

Produced using the traditional method, with manual harvesting and a short maceration for the rosé. Minimum ageing of 22 months in bottle before disgorgement, with a dosage of 8 g/l from the family solera.

Tasting Notes
