TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Bright ruby color of medium intensity. Fine and slow-moving tears. It is clear at the moment (it is unfitered, and over time may become cloudy, althought this will not affect the nose or taste negatively and of course does not pose any helath risk).
Nose: Delicate and clean aromas of violet and fresh red fruits appear in the still glass: red cherry, red currant. After shaking, notes of hot spice appear: black pepper and a pleasant herbal touch of lavender.
Mouth: Clean and dry attack, with a very refreshing medium acidity that increases the length of the flavors thoroughout the palate. Medium body and smooth and pleasant ripe tannins. Red fruity explosion in the mouth: red fruits permeate: red fruits permeate everything. Long and beautiful persistence. Soft texture, rich and enveloping feeling.
Serving: Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC in medium-sized glasses with a wide body, slightly narrower at the top. It is an ideal wine to accompany red and white meat dishes with little cure. It will also perfectly accompany pasta dishes like bolognese lasagna or vegetable recipes with tomato-based sauces and mushrooms. And of course, with spicy legume dishes.
Note: This bottle is hermetically closed with a crown cap that allows the freshness and organoleptic characteristics of this natural wine to be preserved for much longer and without risk of alteration, which is much more sensitive to oxidation and refermentation du to its absence of sulphites.
