Artisanal distillation of Chardonnay and Macabeo pomace, macerated with organic Valencian orange and lemon peels and ginger, all hand-peeled.

Tasting Notes
Orange-yellow colour, with intense aromas of orange and notes of ginger and spices. Smooth, sweet, and very persistent on the palate.
Recommendations
Serve between 2ºC and 5ºC. Ideal as a digestif or for citrusy, refreshing cocktails.
