VUELA Gran Reserva Pomace Brandy with Black Truffle – 10 years of aging
VUELA is a Gran Reserva pomace brandy with black truffle, distilled in a copper still from Chardonnay and Macabeo grape pomace, aged for 10 years in French oak barrels, and macerated with wild black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) harvested in February 2025. This ultra-limited edition liquid jewel represents the ultimate expression of our craftsmanship and respect for time and the land.

Artisanal production and exceptional aging
This spirit is obtained from the distillation of Chardonnay and Macabeo grape skins that have been in contact with the must during fermentation. It was distilled in our copper still in January 2012. After distillation, it rested for 12 years in 225-liter French oak barrels inside a cave carved into the limestone bedrock. In early 2025, it was cold-macerated with black truffle, imparting a sophisticated and unique aromatic profile.

Appearance: Bright, clean amber.
Nose: Intense aromas of roasted nuts, caramel, toffee, sandalwood, and black truffle.
Palate: Smooth, dry, and direct. Long, perfumed, and enveloping finish with elegance and depth.
Serving recommendations
Serve between 3–5 ºC in a wide-based glass with a narrower rim. Ideal to enjoy on its own, after a meal, with smoked hard cheeses or desserts featuring toffee, mocha, caramel, or coffee. Also perfect as a base ingredient for sophisticated cocktails with smoky and spicy notes.
