The visit with the winemaker at Pago de Tharsys is an exclusive experience designed for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of wine from a technical and sensory perspective, personally guided by one of our winemakers. A detailed and immersive journey that takes you from the vineyard to the glass, exploring every stage of the process with personalized attention.
We begin with a walk through the vineyard, where you’ll discover the uniqueness of our soils in emblematic plots such as Albar, X, and Argila. Then, we move to the winemaking cellar, where—depending on the time of year—you may have the chance to taste a wine in process: must, base wine for cava, or one aging on the lees. A unique opportunity to experience the evolution of wine in real time.
The visit with the winemaker at Pago de Tharsys continues in our distillery, where you’ll learn about the natural macerations that bring our distinctive spirits to life. In the historic cellar and barrel room, you’ll enjoy an exclusive moment: a direct tasting from the barrel of a wine in aging.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting that includes:
- 2 top wines representative of our terroirs
- 1 aged vintage wine to explore its evolution
- 1 or 2 selected spirits from our collection
