The Vineyard
Bobal, a native variety of the region, is grown in predominantly clay soils east of Requena, surrounded by Mediterranean woodland. These conditions enhance its full aromatic and structural potential.

Winemaking
Crafted following the traditional method, with full control of the process from harvest to bottling. The wine is aged for 5 months in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Bright, deep cherry-red color with medium intensity and fine tears.
Nose: Intense aromas of ripe cherries and red fruits, with subtle notes of toffee and vanilla.
Palate: Fruity and balanced on entry, with good structure and soft, well-integrated tannins.
Serving & Pairing
Serving: Serve between 15ºC and 16ºC in a medium-sized glass.
Pairing: Ideal with pasta in tomato-based sauces, roasted meats, oven-baked vegetables, and traditional tapas such as meatballs or croquettes.
