On June 20th at 12:00 pm, we invite you to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience at Pago de Tharsys: Sparkling Sea, an exclusive tasting created together with Martin&Mary Gourmet Fishmongers, where the sea and wine come together in perfect harmony.
We will enjoy a selection of seafood delicacies including Marennes oysters, Dénia red prawns, Santa Pola shrimp and Scottish salmon, perfectly paired with a carefully selected range of 5 Pago de Tharsys wines and cavas.
The experience will be guided by Luis Lázaro, seafood specialist, who will share the qualities of each product and tips on how to prepare them at home, together with Rebeca García, member of the founding family of Pago de Tharsys, who will present our wines and cavas from an authentic and personal perspective.
