Premium Tour – Wine Tourism at Pago de Tharsys with Tasting and Pairing
The Premium Tour at Pago de Tharsys is an experience designed for those who wish to discover wine from the inside, through a detailed and exclusive visit. Our organic winery, located in Requena (Valencia), offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the history of wine, the vineyard landscape, and the heart of winemaking.
During the Premium Tour, you will walk through our organic vineyards, where you will learn about the grape varieties we grow, the vine’s life cycle, and our sustainable farming practices. You will then visit the production winery, the underground cava cellar, and the ageing areas where our wines and sparkling wines mature, with a complete explanation of the entire process, from harvest to cava disgorgement.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three wines or cavas, selected from our most representative labels, paired with a tasting of artisanal local cured meats. A proposal created for those seeking an authentic pairing of wine, gastronomy, and local culture.
