High-altitude vineyards and clay-limestone soils
The grapes come from vineyards located over 700 meters above sea level, in one of the highest areas of Requena. The dry climate, with many hours of sunshine and significant temperature variation, allows for slow and balanced ripening. The clay-limestone soil enhances acidity and aromatic intensity, key to achieving a fresh, long, and age-worthy wine.
Traditional winemaking and barrel aging
After harvest, the wine is made using traditional methods with meticulous control at every stage. It is aged for 3 months in French and American oak barrels from different coopers. This refinement in wood adds volume, toasted notes, and an elegant creaminess, while preserving the natural liveliness of the variety.
