You will then enter the winemaking cellar, the underground cava cellar, and the aging rooms, with a full explanation of the process from harvest to the disgorgement of our cavas.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three wines or cavas, carefully selected from our most representative labels, accompanied by a tasting of artisanal cured meats from the region. A perfect experience for those seeking an authentic pairing of wine, gastronomy, and local culture.
