The guided tasting includes 3 cavas with different aging times, grape varieties, and dosage styles, paired with a selection of cured meats, cheese, and other bites typical of our local gastronomy.
Pago de Tharsys is a pioneer in cava production, and its founder, Vicente García, is known as the “father of Valencian cava.” Cava is our flagship product, and we can’t wait to show you how we make it.
