RÍE – VALENCIA ORANGE LIQUEUR
Ríe -Valencia Orange Liqueur made through a cold maceration process using the peels of organically grown Valencia oranges, selected at their optimal ripeness, and a touch of organic ginger.

TASTING NOTES
Clean and opaque, yellow in color with orange reflections. Intense aromas of citrus fruits, dominated by fresh orange. Subtle notes of ginger and spices. On the palate, it is smooth, sweet, and creamy, with an intense orange flavor that is long and persistent. One sip quickly leads to the next.
PRODUCTION
Craft-distilled in a copper still using grape pomace from Chardonnay and Macabeo varieties, after fermentation with the must. The resulting spirit is then macerated with freshly harvested, hand-peeled organic Valencia orange peel, along with organic Valencia lemon peel and ginger. All ingredients are peeled by hand.
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS
Best served in a wide-based glass with a slightly narrower rim, between 2ºC and 5ºC. It needs no accompaniment and makes for a fantastic finishing touch after a festive meal with friends. It is also an ideal ingredient in cocktails that aim to highlight citrusy, refreshing, and Mediterranean-inspired notes.
