Production
Artisanal distillation of Chardonnay and Macabeo grape pomace, aged for 12 years in French oak barrels, followed by cold maceration with black truffle.
Tasting Notes
Bright amber color with aromas of toasted nuts, caramel, and black truffle. Smooth and dry on the palate, with a long, enveloping finish.

Serve between 3°C and 5°C. Ideal with smoked cheeses, caramel or coffee desserts, and perfect for cocktails with toasted and spiced notes.
