Vintage 2022

A cold, dry winter followed by a rainy spring that built up water reserves, and a very hot summer that reduced yields, resulting in grapes of great quality and aromatic intensity.

Winemaking

Harvest: The grapes are hand-harvested.

Aging: Minimum of 18 months aging in bottle in underground cellars, followed by disgorgement and the addition of a dosage liqueur from the family solera.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale lemon-yellow colour with fine, delicate, and persistent bubbles.

Nose: Aromas of citrus and ripe yellow fruit, with delicate notes of white flowers and fresh vegetal hints.

Palate: Fresh and well-balanced, with fine bubbles and good volume. Long finish with notes of fruit, butter, and yeast.
