Description

PAGO DE THARSYS | ALEGRÍA DE THARSYS EL ALBAR 2025

The Vineyard

Garnacha from the El Albar plot, grown on limestone soils of sedimentary origin using organic viticulture methods that respect the vineyard’s natural balance and biodiversity.

Class of 2025

This vintage was marked by a rainy spring and a dry summer, with warm days and cool nights, which contributed to excellent grape health, good acidity, and great balance in the grapes.

Production

A white wine made from Garnacha Tinta grapes, produced through gentle, direct pressing, fermented in French oak barrels, and aged for 7 months on the lees, resulting in freshness, body, texture, and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Bright straw yellow, with golden highlights.

Nose: Stone fruit, mineral notes, almond, vanilla and soft toast.

Palate: Ample, creamy and fresh, with good acidity, volume and a long and elegant finish.

Serving and Pairing

Serving: Serve between 9 °C and 11 °C in a wide white wine glass.

Pairing: Ideal with fish, shellfish, rice dishes, white meats, mushrooms, semi-aged cheeses, and Mediterranean cuisine.
