Artisanal production with Valencian ingredients
The fermented pomace and must are distilled in a traditional copper still. The resulting spirit is then cold-macerated with hand-peeled organic orange and lemon peels from Valencia, at their optimal ripeness, along with organic ginger. This cold maceration preserves all the freshness and aromatic nuances of the natural ingredients.
Tasting notes of RÍE Orange Liqueur
Appearance: Clean and opaque, with a bright yellow color and orange reflections.
Nose: Intense citrus aromas, dominated by fresh orange, with subtle hints of ginger and spice.
Palate: Smooth, sweet, and silky. Intense flavor of ripe orange, long and persistent. Fresh, enveloping, and highly aromatic.
Serving recommendations
Serve between 2 and 5 ºC in a low glass or a wide-based glass with a slightly narrow rim. Perfect as a final drink after a festive meal or as an ingredient in refreshing, Mediterranean-inspired cocktails. No accompaniment needed.
