Production
Artisan distillation in a copper still of disgorgement lees and organic cava made from Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Garnacha, aged for more than 12 months on lees.
Tasting Notes
Clear and colourless, with aromas of white flowers, stone fruit, and marzipan. Smooth on the palate with a slightly sweet and perfumed finish.
Recommendations
Serve between 0ºC and 3ºC. Ideal with nut-based desserts, sponge cake, and crème brûlée, and also perfect for cocktails with herbal and citrus notes.
