White wine from DOP Tharsys, made from Xarel·lo grapes grown in a small vineyard plot with limestone soils. Fermented in French oak barrels and aged on its lees for 7 months. An elegant, fresh and well-rounded wine, with aromas of ripe fruit, herbal notes and a delicate mineral touch. It stands out for its silky texture, balance and long-lasting finish.
- 1 bottle of Pago de Tharsys Bobal Diana García 2021
Red wine made from Bobal grapes sourced from old vines planted in 1940, grown on limestone soils. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. An elegant, well-balanced and expressive wine, with aromas of ripe red berries, floral notes and delicate hints of spice and toast. It stands out for its freshness, silky tannins and long, lingering finish.
- 1 bottle of Vendimia Nocturna Albariño 2025
- White wine made from Albariño grapes grown in a small vineyard plot with limestone soils. Aged on its lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. A fresh, elegant and aromatic wine, with floral notes, stone fruit, citrus and delicate mineral nuances. It stands out for its balance, creamy texture and long, lingering finish.
